Below are housing price indexes of Beijing, one of the 70 medium-large sized cities used for National Total aggregation.

Two indexes are for new constructions: New home year on year price change (NYoY) and new home month on month price change (NMoM). The other two are for used homes: Used home year on year price change (UYoY) and used home month on month price change (UMoM). The year on year index sets the value of the same month last year as 100. The MoM index sets previous month as 100. The earliest publication of these indexes is March 2009.

Below are consumer price indexes by region: National Total. The monthly data define the same month of previous year as 100. The accumulated data covering from the year beginning to current month. It defines the same period of previous year as 100.
